After-sales service warranty

According to "The Consumer Protection Law of the People's Republic of China", all of the products strictly implement the relevant communication standards, our products we sold offers 2-year limited warranties (not included artificial damage).

Below artificial damages are not in the scope of 2-year limited warranties.

(1). Consumers due to misuse, neglect improper storage and handling & installation and accidental damage, or having been altered in any way by persons caused damages.

(2). The damage caused by the demolition of unauthorized moving or re-processing.

(3). No certificate and effective delivery invoices.

(4). The certificate does not match the model and product type, or altered.

(5). Due to damage caused by force majeure, including natural disasters, such as typhoons, earthquakes, floods, hail, etc.

(6). There is a special explanation for the contract.

When the fault occurs, please contact us by phone or email forms to inform the company, and supply relative proofs to our sales team or technical staff, Pursuant to confirmation defect, this warranty the repaired or replaced new products within 7-15 working days.
