48 Cores Aluminum Tape Stranded Loose Tube Optical Fiber Cable | GYTA
GYTA, Duct Non-Self supporting Optical Fiber Cable is stranded loose tube. Fibers, 250μm, G652D single mode optical fiber are positioned into a loose tube made of high modulus plastic. The tubes are filled with water-resistant filling compound. A steel wire, sometimes sheathed with polyethylene (PE) for cable with high fiber count, locates in the center of core as a metallic strength member. Tubes (and fillers) are stranded around the strength member into a compact and circular cable core. An Aluminum Polyethylene Laminate (APL) is applied around the cable core, which is filled with filling compound to protect it from water ingress. Finally, the fiber cable types is completed with a PE sheath.
S-Z stranded (up to 288 fibers).
G652D, Low loss, low dispersion.
Good mechanical and temperature performance.
High-strength loose tube that is hydrolysis resistant.
Special tube filling compound ensures a critical protection for the fiber.
A specially designed compact structure is good at preventing loose tubes from shrinking.
Crush resistance and flexibility.
PE sheath protects the cable from UV radiation.
Metallic Central Strength Member.
Aluminum Tape moisture barrier.
Loose tube filling compound.
100% cable core filling compound.
Reasonable design, precise residual length control and cabling process make the cable have excellent mechanical and environmental performance.
In accordance with IEC, ITU, and EIA standards.
Application:
Duct and Non-Self supporting Aerial.
